Accountability & Guidance – I’ll meet you at the track to ensure you stay on track and maximize your time during interval sessions.
Customized Workouts – I design and guide a tailored interval session that fits with your current training phase.
Support – Get answers to all your questions about warm-ups, pacing, rest, intervals, and cool downs.
Fee: $50 per 60-minute session.
Coaching & Consultation:
We offer regular, ongoing coaching with consistent feedback or one-time consultations with a high-level roadmap to guide preparation towards a specific goal.
Stewart coaches athletes virtually using WhatsApp and Final Surge.
All coaching includes:
A personalized weekly training plan customized to your current fitness level.
A long range plan to give you a zoomed out version of how your season will look.
Weekly feedback and plan configuration based on how you are progressing.
Monthly 30 min call to discuss your progress.
Access to the Final Surge training platform where you can analyze your workouts and view your training plan.
Advice and support for how to best prepare and plan for your goal event(s).
Weekly strength recommendations included in your plan (optional, but highly recommended).
Pay for training as you go with our most flexible option. No commitment, cancel anytime.
Save $100 when you prepay for 4 months of coaching. Pause coaching for up to 2 weeks once during the 4 month period.
Save $600 when you prepay for 1 year of coaching. Pause coaching for up to 6 weeks once during the 1 year period.
One on one, in person track coaching. Specific focus on intervals and pacing. Takes place in St Albert.
The one time consultation and training roadmap includes:
A high-level roadmap (zoomed out) plan based on your goals and current fitness level.
A review of your last 6 months training history with specific feedback on how to maximize training efficiency.
Specific training advice based on your upcoming goal races.
A 30 min video call to answer any questions and discuss training strategy.
